Papal Audience in St. Peter's
After crossing the Villa Borghese park and passing the Castel Sant'Angelo, the tour arrives at St. Peter's Square, where you will be admitted to the Papal Audience.
After a hopeful message in various languages, the Pope will impart his blessing.
Return to hotels or Vastour's bus terminal.
Three hours.
Every Wednesday morning (unless the Pope is absent).
Departs from the Vastours bus terminal at 7.15am (free pick-up at centrally located hotels between 6.30am and 7.00am.
Shorts and uncovered shoulders will not be admitted to a Papal Audience.
The audience may be held either in the Sala Nervi or in St. Peter's Square and the time may change; if this is the case, the starting time of the tour will change as well.
